Yes. We can issue an invoice (subject to VAT) or you may pay the driver directly on the day by cash or card.

Yes. Your driver can provide a written receipt, and a digital receipt will be issued for card payments.

Please provide the time your flight lands and the flight number. We require this for scheduling purposes. Your driver will track your flight for any delays and will contact you once the plane has landed to arrange the exact meeting point.

No, we do not require a deposit. You will receive a booking confirmation via email per transfer, for your peace of mind.

Closer to your transfer date, typically the day before, you will receive an email from us with your driver’s details once they have been assigned.

We recommend booking as early as possible. At least 48 hours’ notice is preferable.

Cancellations made up to 48 hours before the booking will incur a 50% charge. Cancellations within 24 hours are charged at 100% of the booking fee.

Our Mercedes Tourers accommodate up to 8 passengers. For larger groups, we can arrange additional vehicles.
